Each of our Garden rooms are unique so it depends on the style of Garden Room you choose, however most of our projects are completed within 1-2 weeks. 

Planning permission is not normally required as our buildings fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally). Most houses, even in conservation areas and areas of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), have permitted development rights. Flats and listed buildings have no permitted development rights, so will always need planning permission – we are on-hand to help with this process.

We offer a comprehensive service including plumbing services and all required work is carried out by our own team, that way you only need to deal with one company instead of 5!

Yes, all of our buildings come as standard with a free-standing oil filled radiator. We also offer a variety of heating options including wall mounted radiators, underfloor heating and air conditioning as required.

All our garden rooms are spray foam insulated as standard.

All work and materials guaranteed to the highest standard. Our work is guaranteed for 10 years and some products come with their own separate guarantees. 

Yes, we are one of few companies in the UK who offer completely bespoke, custom designed Garden Rooms. We create 3d rendered drawings of your garden room at the planning stage.

Underfloor heating can be installed as an optional extra, however all of our garden rooms are so efficient, that it it is often unnecessary.

Yes, our buildings are fully insulated with various heating options and double glazing. You will be comfortable all year round in a Garden Rooms of Cheshire garden room.
