Build Time

Each garden room is unique, so build time varies based on the design. Typically, construction takes between 1 to 4 weeks, ensuring a swift and high-quality build.

Planning Permission

Planning permission is generally not required, as our garden rooms fall under permitted development (built under 2.5m high externally). Most houses, including those in conservation areas and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), have permitted development rights. However, flats and listed buildings do not, so planning permission will always be needed. We are here to assist with this process if required.

Included Services

We handle all electrical work and plumbing, ensuring seamless integration of utilities. We operate a full in-house service, so you will only ever deal directly with our team from start to finish. This approach ensures consistency, quality, and a smooth experience throughout your project.

Heating Options

Our garden rooms come with spray foam insulation as standard, providing excellent thermal efficiency. Standard heating includes a free-standing oil-filled radiator, with optional upgrades like wall-mounted radiators, underfloor heating, and air conditioning available to ensure comfort in all seasons.
